About Tandem
Location: remote, comfortable to work between 12:00 and 16:30 (UTC +3). The working hours could be adjusted.
Key Responsibilities:
Review member reports in line with Tandem's Community Guidelines;
Review new member applications;
Respond promptly to members' questions and inquiries;
Collaborate with the broader community team to swiftly resolve reported issues.
This role is pivotal to the smooth operation and growth of Tandem. You will report to the Community Manager and work closely with other community moderators.
Proficient in English. Strong command of other languages is a plus (with preference to Turkish);
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Proactive problem solver with a keen interest in mobile apps and new software tools;
Familiarity with content moderation and an understanding of the challenges associated with sensitive topics. Prior experience in customer support or content moderation is a plus;
Owns a laptop or desktop computer with stable internet connection;
Must be able to send an invoice each month.

60-65 hours per month
Hourly rate: From 7 EUR per hour
